FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP Authorities have identified the woman who was killed when her car and a school bus crashed Tuesday in Franklin Township, Gloucester County.
Police told the South Jersey Times on Sunday that Joan Neptune, 71, of Franklin, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The bus was not carrying any children, but the driver and an aide suffered minor injuries.
Prosecutors have said the bus was at Route 47 and Williamstown Road in Franklin and had a green light when Neptune's car entered the intersection just before 9 a.m. The impact caused the bus to overturn. The crash remains under investigation. – AP
