Philadelphia Mural Arts Advocates, the nonprofit arm of the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, has elected Wayne R. Trotman to its board. He is president of the Mid-Atlantic Market at JP Morgan Chase.

Michael J. Savona has been appointed the first general counsel to the Pennsylvania State Tax Collector's Association. He is an attorney at Eastburn and Gray P.C., Blue Bell and Doylestown.

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C. associate Ade B.Galloway has been elected to the board of the SeniorLAW Center, a nonproflegal group.

Stradley Ronon partner Douglas A. Grimm has been elected to the board of St. Catherine Laboure Medical Clinic, which provides medical care to the uninsured population of the Philadelphia area.

Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, a nonprofit organization working to prevent water pollution in coastal Delaware, southern New Jersey, and Southeastern Pennsylvania, elected the following board members: Beth Archer, vice president with Anne Klein Communications Group L.L.C., of Mount Laurel; Roy E. Denmark Jr., vice president at Urban Engineers Inc., Philadelphia; Robert K. Dobbs Jr., director of the Camden County Soil Conservation District, West Berlin; Kimberly Long, senior program manager with Exelon Generation Co. L.L.C., Kennett Square; Thomas J. O'Connor, vice president of customer operations at Aqua America, Bryn Mawr, and Scott J. Schwarz, a senior attorney in the City of Philadelphia Law Department.

Fibrocell Science Inc., an Exton biotechnology company, named Douglas J. Swirsky to its board. He is senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and corporate secretary of GenVec Inc.

Professional Women's Roundtable, a nonprofit providing networking, leadership, educational, and personal-growth opportunities to female business leaders in the Philadelphia region, named the following officers and members to its board:

                  Paul Yett has been named to the governing board of Robert Toigo Foundation, an Oakland, Calif., nonprofit educational fellowship program focused on helping minority and female graduate students cultivate careers in the financial-services sector. He is a managing director at Hamilton Lane, Bala Cynwyd.

Natural Lands Trust, Media, elected John W. Lea to its board of trustees. He recently retired from his position as director of land preservation with Montgomery County Lands Trust.

Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation named Tom Ballance to its board. He is president and chief operating officer of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
