A story Saturday on a proposal to close many state health centers incorrectly attributed some information to state Health Department spokeswoman Aimee Tysarczyk. She did not say that under the plan, clinic nurses at the health centers could be located many miles apart. Also, 26 nurses to be laid off under the plan now work in district offices, not health centers.

A story Thursday on the Equality Forum 2013 Summit gave an incorrect name for the wife of the late Sen. Arlen Specter, Joan Specter.

An Associated Press story Thursday about a Pennsylvania woman who disappeared in 2002 and resurfaced last week in Florida erroneously reported where her daughter attends college and what year she is in. The daughter is a freshman at Montgomery County Community College.
