A WOMAN IS suing Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, his bodyguard and Premier Luxury Rentals for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

The plaintiff, who goes by the name " Mary Roe" in the Common Pleas suit, claims that on Dec. 18 McCoy's publicist invited her and 14 other women to a party at a New York City nightclub. They traveled from Philly on a Premier Luxury Rentals party bus.

The complaint states that on the ride up, McCoy allegedly started spraying guests with water. When Mary Roe protested, McCoy instructed his bodyguard, " Big John," to "get her."

"Big John and/or McCoy then struck plaintiff in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, physically restrained her while she was lying on the ground, poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes, and body, and forcibly dragged and pushed her," according to the complaint. "McCoy ordered the driver to stop on the side of the highway, and after the driver did so, both Big John and McCoy then forcibly ejected plaintiff from the bus."

When others on the bus complained, McCoy allegedly brought her back on the bus, but left her at a rest stop after she called the cops.

She reported the assault to the New Jersey police and had to take two trains back to Philadelphia.

The plaintiff is seeking damages of more than $50,000. Roe claims that she suffered head trauma, spinal disc protrusion, sprains, contusions and bruises, and severe shock.

"The allegations against LeSean McCoy are completely, unequivocally false," a rep for McCoy said in a statement. "There are no criminal charges pending and no probable cause was ever found. This is sadly an attempt to extract money, and LeSean will vigorously defend any attempt to collect money through a personal injury claim."

Neither the plaintiff's attorney nor the Eagles immediately returned calls for comment, but I will update you if I hear anything.

A rep for Premier Luxury Rentals said they were not able to comment.

On Monday's season finale of CBS' "How I Met Your Mother," viewers were finally shown the face of the woman Ted Mosby ( Josh Radnor) has been talking about for eight frickin' seasons.

She is Cherry Hill's own Cristin Miloti, a Cherry Hill High School East alum, graduating in 2003. Her credits include "30 Rock," "The Good Wife," "Nurse Jackie" and her Tony-nominated role in "Once," based on the 2006 romantic weepy, in which she played the main character of The Girl.
