COLLEGES:Debbie Black, 46, a former star at St. Joseph's for then-coach Jim Foster, was hired as women's basketball coach at Eastern Illinois. Black had been an assistant at Ohio State to Foster, who was fired this year, then hired at Chattanooga. The Archbishop Wood graduate ended her professional career in 2005 with the Connecticut Sun.
