Revel, Atlantic City, hired Jim Ziereis as vice president, group sales. Ziereis had been vice president, hotel sales, for Caesars Entertainment.

Mercy Health System, Conshohocken, named Daniel Bair administrative director of Mercy Health System Radiology Services. He had been administrative director of cardiovascular services.

John Lewis Laskey joined Stark & Stark's Marlton office as a shareholder and member of the firm's bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice. Laskey had been a partner in the Cherry Hill office of Dilworth Paxson L.L.P.

JGWPT Holdings L.L.C., the Radnor holding entity for the J.G. Wentworth and Peachtree Financial Solutions companies, hired John R. Schwab as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Roger O. Gasper as vice president and controller. Schwab had been executive vice president and chief financial officer and executive vice president of corporate strategy at Expert Global Solutions Inc. Gasper had been vice president-finance and accounting, at Ricerca Biosciences.

Greyhawk, a Moorestown construction project-management and consulting firm, promoted Fritz Marth from managing consultant to senior managing consultant.

Tollgrade Communications Inc., Philadelphia, promoted Thomas J. Kolb to chief operating officer, from vice president of operations.

Air Products, an Allentown company that provides specialty gases, hired Jennifer L. Grant as vice president, human resources. She had been vice president of human resources for the specialty products and oncology divisions at Pfizer Inc.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, promoted Cathy Avgiris to chief financial officer of Comcast Cable, effective July 1. She succeeds Dave Scott, who is retiring after 20 years with the company. She is executive vice president and general manager, communications and data services.

DMW Direct, a Philadelphia advertising agency, hired Frank McCue as account manager. He had been a marketing specialist at American Income Life Insurance Co.

Manuel Parada was named an engineering manager in the Philadelphia office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global Philadelphia developer and operator of infrastructure. He had been branch manager at AECOM Water in Philadelphia.

MBP, a Philadelphia construction consulting firm, promoted Gerald Timothy to branch operations manager from project manager.

Dranoff Properties, a Philadelphia developer and owner of luxury apartments and condominiums, hired Philip Leonard as director of property management. He had been the director of global customer insight for Oakwood Worldwide.

Wells Fargo & Co. hired Darrel German as business banking area manager for Greater Philadelphia/Delaware and Southern New Jersey. German previously worked at TD Bank, where he was senior vice president for its Commercial Lending/Retail Group.

Stevens & Lee, Philadelphia, hired Karen Spencer Kelly as of counsel in the firm's State and Local Government industry group. She had been of counsel at Kelly, Monaco & Naples L.L.P. in Philadelphia and chief counsel and deputy state treasurer.

She had been director of executive leadership services for Association Strategies Inc., an executive search, transition, and consulting firm for the nonprofit sector in Washington.

Electronic Ink, a Philadelphia design consultancy, hired Dennis McGuire as senior client program manager. He had been a project manager for Rohm & Haas.

AirClic Inc., a Trevose provider of cloud-based software, hired Charlie Virden as vice president of sales. He had been vice president of sales for Roadnet Technologies (formerly UPS Logistics Technologies).

AltheRx Pharmaceuticals, a privately held clinical development company, named Jim Bennethum chief executive officer. He serves as an executive vice president of Becker Ventures L.L.C., which recently invested $15 million in the Exton firm.

  Entech Engineering Inc., a Reading engineering/architectural firm providing facilities planning and design services to municipal, governmental, industrial, commercial, and college/university clients, has appointed Scott J. Compton,Bryon A. Killian, and Bryan C. Haag principals. Compton is a senior project manager specializing in facility condition assessments. Killian serves as a business development manager. Haag is a lead project manager specializing in energy engineering and energy analysis.
