Q: I recently lost 75 pounds, but I'm already starting to regain the weight. What can I do to reverse this?

- Mr. Maintenance

A: Ultimately, whatever it took for you to lose the weight is what it will take to maintain the weight loss. For example, if you were eating 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day to lose weight, plus burning 400 to 500 calories daily from exercise, then that's roughly what you have to do in order to maintain.

If you slowly start eating a little more and moving a little less, you will end up back where you started. Losing is a lot easier than maintaining.
