Posted: July 06, 2013

A man and a woman were found dead in a Pemberton Township residence early Thursday, police said.

In a statement, police identified the two as Robert L. Parker, 25, and Sabrina Vandergrift, 20, both township residents. According to the Associated Press, authorities said their deaths resulted from drug overdoses. It cited a Burlington County prosecutor as saying the two were guests in the house where their bodies were found.

The owner of the home on the 400 block of Kentucky Trail in the Presidential Lakes section returned from work shortly after midnight and found the two unresponsive, according to police. The statement did not give precise addresses for either Parker or Vandegrift, describing him only as a resident of Kentucky Trail and her as a resident of Hanover Boulevard.
