A $5,000 reward is being offered for the apprehension of a Philadelphia man wanted in a Montgomery County kidnapping and homicide, the District Attorney's Office said.

Andre "Dre" Collier, whose last known address was in the 5500 block of Market Street, should be considered armed and dangerous, officials said.

Collier is a suspect in the May 5 slaying of Kareem Borowy, who was the victim of a home invasion robbery and kidnapping from his West Pottsgrove Township home.

Three other suspects, Rasheed Teel, 21; Charles "Cheese" Freeman, 32; and Omar Miller, 27 have been arrested, according to police.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Collier should call Montgomery County Detectives at 610-278-3368 or the United States Marshall's office at 866-865-8477.
