UPPER DARBY mom Tiffany Leach made several stone-cold stupid decisions Tuesday, according to police.

First, she left her 4-year-old daughter home alone for two hours while she bought and smoked marijuana, said Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood.

When she came home and found that her daughter's father had kicked down the door to rescue the child, she called the cops on him, police said.

On top of all that, police said Leach didn't even bother to hide the drugs, drug paraphernalia or fireworks she had lying around before officers arrived on scene.

As a result, Leach, 21, of Clinton Road near Long Lane, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person and possession of narcotics, police said.

About 8 p.m. Tuesday, Leach allegedly left her little girl alone in a house Chitwood described as a "pigpen" so she could buy and smoke pot.

When the child's father could not get a hold of Leach, he went to her house about 10 p.m. and found the door locked, police said. He heard his daughter crying inside and broke the door down, Chitwood said.

Soon after, Leach returned home and called the cops on the father, according to police.

When police arrived, Leach allegedly admitted to leaving her little girl home alone but insisted her ex had no right to kick the door down, Chitwood said. Inside, police found fireworks, drug-packaging material and cockroaches, all within reach of a small child, Chitwood said.
