A male was injured after being struck and trapped under a SEPTA train Friday night in Montgomery County, an agency spokesman said.
The accident occurred about 8:40 p.m. as the Warminster Line train was approaching the Ardsley station from Center City, said Andrew Busch. The male, whose age was not available, was rescued and taken to Abington Memorial Hospital. His condition was not available.
No one on the train was hurt, Busch said. Passengers were transferred to shuttle buses until service on the line was later resumed. - Robert Moran
