Thursday

Director Ryan Coogler and star Michael B. Jordan have parlayed their critical acclaim from the indie "Fruitvale Station," into a "Rocky" spinoff/sequel. They appear to be attached to "Creed," about the boxing grandson of Apollo Creed, who'll become a fighter trained by Rocky Balboa.

Wednesday

Amanda Bynes was placed on an involuntary psych hold after she seems to have started a small fire in the driveway of a Thousand Oaks, Calif., home. In the hospital, sources say Amanda showed signs of schizophrenia. Friday, her parents were expected to file to be conservators of her estate.

Performing "Halo" in concert in Montreal, Beyonce's hair got caught in the blades of a fan. Stagehands had to cut her away. She still loves her fans.

Tuesday

Spike Lee is looking to raise $1.25 million on Kickstarter so he can make a movie about "the addiction of blood."

Monday

"Glee" executive producer Ryan Murphy said the show will honor the memory of star Cory Monteith in the fall season's third episode.
