Archbishop Carroll. The top seed from District 12 in the Class AA state tournament last year, the Patriots were upset by Donegal, 4-3, in the first round. Carroll has one of the area's toughest schedules this year, including games against Cardinal O'Hara, Notre Dame, and Episcopal Academy.
Cardinal O'Hara. The reigning District 12 Class AAA champion will look to avenge its loss in the state tournament last year and remain the class of the Catholic League. The Lions have nonleague games scheduled against some of Southeastern Pennsylvania's best teams, including Central Bucks South and Episcopal.
Central Bucks South. C.B. South is the defending Suburban One Continental and District 1 Class AAA champion, but lost in the first round of the state tournament last year to eventual champion Lower Dauphin. The Titans lose five starters from last year's squad.
