Caracciolo is a registered sex offender, according to the FBI, and has been in violation of his sex-offender registration requirements since August 2005.
Investigators said in the early to mid-1990s, Caracciolo may have lived in Orlando, Boca Raton and Palm Beach in Florida. Between 2003 and 2005, he is believed to have lived in the Sacramento and San Bernardino areas of California. He also may have lived in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Virginia at points, authorities said.
FBI investigators said Caracciolo has been known to pose as a chef, pediatrician and business owner, among other things, and has allegedly claimed that he suffered from cancer. He is known to frequent Atlantic City's casinos, according to the FBI.
Investigators fear Caracciolo may have victimized others, and are seeking anyone with more information about him. Authorities said he may be recognizable by several tattoos, including one of ivy on his left ring finger, a chef with the words "top chef" and lettering on his forearm, a cancer ribbon with boxing gloves on his forearm, initials A.J. on his inner left wrist, a letter "M" on his inner right wrist, "NY" on his upper left arm and an "X" between the webbing of his thumb and index finger.
