Senior guard On-Nir Kendall scored 27 points and assisted on the game-winning basket Friday as the Williamstown boys' basketball team beat Highland, 85-82, in triple overtime in the Virginia Whittaker Holiday Tournament at Cherry Hill East.

Kendall passed to Kendall Fearn, who broke an 82-82 tie with a three-pointer with two seconds remaining.

"You have to trust your teammates," Kendall said. "I saw [Fearn] was open, and I had to think as a pass-first point guard."

T.J. Booth added 26 points for Williamstown.

Naquan Council scored 21 and Jerome Furlow had 19 for Highland.

WOLVERINE HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT

Clearview 60, Woodstown 58: Anthony Martin tipped in the winner at the buzzer in the second overtime to clinch the championship game for the Pioneers.

   Jayson Hankins scored a game-high 25 points for the host Wolverines, who fought back from an 18-3 deficit to tie it.

Haddon Township 68, Pennsauken 63: Eric DiCrescenzo had 17 points to lead the Hawks in the consolation.

BOARDWALK CLASSIC GEORGE BETZ BRACKET

Cherokee 50, Passaic Valley 34: Cherokee's Shane Douglas had a game-high 21 points in the title game at Wildwoods Convention Center.

Cedar Creek 62, Wilmington Christian 49: Jake Knight had 17 points and 15 rebounds to propel the Pirates in the consolation.

BUTCH MCLEAN MEMORIAL

Haddon Heights 70, GAMP 36: Bilal Qadar had 13 points and Lucian Brownlee added 10 to lead 11 scorers for the host Garnets.

Burlington Township 63, Triton 38: Dominique Joseph had 17 points, Shelby Parris had 13, and Kenny Davis scored 12 for the Falcons.

PAUL VI TOURNAMENT

Eastern 78, West Windsor-Plainsboro North 43: Lafayette-bound senior Matt Klinewski piled up 34 points and 17 rebounds for the Vikings.

LENAPE HOLIDAY SHOWCASE

Haddonfield 74, Delsea 60: Rob DePersia (16 points) went 12 for 12 from the free-throw line to help Haddonfield to victory.
