Archbishop Ryan 43, Lansdale Catholic 42: Austin Slawter's late game heroics lifted the visiting Raiders. Slawter's free throw with five seconds left put Ryan ahead. He then stole the ball on the ensuing possession to seal the win. Kyle Pavlik, who had 16, had tied it on a three-pointer with 13 seconds left.
Neumann-Goretti 67, Conwell-Egan 44: Ja'Quan Newton scored 28 points and had five assists. Lamarr Kimble had eight points, six rebounds and six assists for the host Saints, ranked No. 1 by The Inquirer in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Roman Catholic 72, Bonner-Prendergast 38: Rashann London and Shep Garner combined for 24 points in the rout for the visiting Cahillites, the No. 2 ranked team - for now.
Archbishop Carroll 51, St. Joseph's Prep 36: Ernest Aflakpui scored 13 of his 19 points in the second half as the No. 3 Patriots pulled away at home.
La Salle 76, Bishop McDevitt 54: David Krmpotich scored 10 of his 20 points in the third as the No. 10 Explorers eased away for the road win. Krmpotich also had seven rebounds. Shawn Witherspoon had 10 points and 10 assists.
Father Judge 58, Cardinal O'Hara 47: Will Brazukas had nine points and eight assists, and Pat Mulville had 10 points and seven rebounds for the hot Crusaders.

Cheltenham 57, Upper Dublin 48: Seniors Aaron Burton and Jeremiah Coleman each scored seven points in the fourth quarter, helping the host Panthers overcome a two-point deficit after three periods. Cheltenham outscored the Cardinals, 18-7, in the final period. Burton finished with a team-high 15 points, and Coleman added 13. Upper Dublin's Simeon Fryer had a game-high 19.
Garnet Valley 56, Upper Darby 40: Joey Sweeney scored 14 of his 24 points in the second half as the host Jaguars pulled away. Sweeney also had eight rebounds. Steve Palis and Aaron Parenti each had 12 points, and Palis had four steals.
Lower Merion 79, Harriton 70: Jule Brown and Corey Sherman each scored 17 points to lead Lower Merion to the home win.

Westtown 68, Abington Friends 41: Jair Bolden scored 18, Jared Mickens added 17 and Gergios Papagiannis added 10 to lift the visiting Quakers.
Holy Ghost Prep 66, MaST Charter 48: Liam Brennan sank three three-pointers in the second quarter as the visiting Firebirds seized control with a 19-8 run. Brennan scored 13, and Matt England had 15.
