Council Rock North coach Derek Wright usually lets his assistants say a few words to his team in the locker room after each game. He didn't know Friday that his longtime assistant Jim Vacca would have a few words for him, too.

Vacca told the group that its 63-23 win at Truman was the 200th victory in Wright's coaching career. The last 189 of those have come during the last 12 years at Council Rock North.

Wright, who is the brother of Villanova coach Jay Wright, had an idea he'd hit the milestone this season. But he had no idea it happened Friday until Vacca, who has been with him for all 200 wins, announced that it was a "special win."

Drew Glenn led the Indians with 13 points. and Matt Margolis and Chris Rowland each had 12.

Wright said he had been inundated with calls and texts from former players.

"It's been really nice and humbling," Wright said.
