Cooper University Health Care, Camden, has appointed Stephanie D. Conners chief nursing officer and senior vice president of hospital operations. She had been senior vice president of operations and chief nursing officer at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

The Chestnut Hill Business Improvement District, Business Association and Parking Foundation named Martha B. Sharkey executive director for the Chestnut Hill Business District. Sharkey has served as the senior sales manager for special events and most recently as the assistant director of corporate giving for the Franklin Institute.

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell L.L.P., Wilmington, elected Susan Wood Waesco and Kevin Coen partners. Both are members of the firm's corporate and business litigation group.

ParenteBeard, Philadelphia, has promoted Imad Khoury to director of talent acquisition and development and April Papst to manager of talent acquisition. Khoury previously served as recruiter, talent-acquisition manager, and learning and development senior manager. Papst has been a member of the firm's human-resources group as a talent-acquisition specialist.

Greenblatt, Pierce, Engle, Funt & Flores L.L.C., Philadelphia and Haddonfield, hired Thomas More Marrone as partner. He had been a partner and head of the class-action and complex-litigation group at Feldman Shepherd.

National Penn Bancshares Inc., Boyertown, named James N. Borum vice president and a relationship manager in its commercial lending group. He had been a vice president at First Niagara.

Global Spectrum, operator of the Liacouras Center on the Temple University campus, has named Joe Sheridan the venue's new general manager. He had been assistant general manager at the Wells Fargo Center, Global Spectrum's flagship arena.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, hired Alexander D. Evans as executive vice president, global corporate development and strategy. He had been managing director and head of the New York office of Providence Equity Partners, a global private-equity firm focused on media, communications, education and information investments.

    Jason S. Armstrong was named senior vice president, investor relations. He had been managing director, deputy business unit leader of the technology, media and telecommunications research group at Goldman Sachs. He succeeds Marlene S. Dooner, who was appointed to the newly created role of executive vice president, Hispanic enterprises and content, for NBCUniversal.

Penn National Gaming Inc., Wyomissing, said Jay Snowden, who has served as senior vice president, regional operations since October 2011, has been named senior vice president, chief operating officer.

iGamingPlayer.com, an online publication about I-gaming in New Jersey, hired gaming expert John Mehaffey as a special correspondent, advocating for players in the United States. Mehaffey is the editor-in-chief of USPoker.com.

Edward J. Kirlin, a longtime South Philadelphia community activist, has been named executive director of Interstate Land Management Corp., a nonprofit joint venture between the city and state that manages 48 acres alongside and underneath the two miles of I-95 that is elevated in Philadelphia. Kirlin is a former business representative for Local 98 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, Philadelphia, named attorney Ronda K. O'Donnell chair of the employment law practice group in the firm's Professional Liability Department. She will replace Thomas C. DeLorenzo, practice group leader and longtime firm shareholder, who retired.

Valley Green Bank, a community bank headquartered in Philadelphia with branches in Chestnut Hill, Mount Airy and South Philadelphia and commercial loan offices in Radnor and Center City, has hired Robert Hulsebosch as vice president of commercial lending. He had been credit officer at PNC Financial Services Corp.

TD Bank has named Jeffery W. Wacker managing director, head of business development in asset-based lending. He is responsible for overseeing the new business origination team in the United States and will be based out of the bank's offices in Philadelphia. Wacker had been director, syndications and leverage finance at TD Securities.

    Larry J. Hickernell Jr. has been promoted to assistant vice president, store manager of TD Bank's North Penn store in Lansdale. He joined the bank as a financial-services representative and served as a commercial lending officer at Pennstar Bank.

The Asia Training Consortium, a Frazer group for pharmaceutical companies to establish common goals and share resources to provide training and development in Asia, named Suzanne Collins interim general manager. She is senior director of clinical innovation at Trifecta Clinical.

Parker McCay L.L.C., a Mount Laurel law firm, appointed Carolyn J. Rutsky chief operating officer. The appointment comes a year after Rutsky joined the firm as chief financial officer. She had been vice president at Goldman Sachs and Co., where she managed hedge-fund operations and alternative investment accounting teams.

DMW Direct, a Philadelphia direct-response advertising agency, has named Gina Kneib executive vice president and chief operations officer. She had been executive vice president of agency operations.

    Leslie Lawrence has been hired to be an account manager. She had been an account supervisor with Euro RSCG/Devon Direct.

CFG Asset Management, a registered investment adviser in Newtown Square, has named Joseph S. Rizzello senior strategic adviser. His past positions include CEO and board chairman of the National Stock Exchange, Jersey City; co-founder of the Mind Capital Group, Philadelphia; president of Pershing Trading Co., Jersey City; principal in charge of Vanguard Brokerage Services, Malvern, and executive vice president of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.

Justin E. Schwarz has been promoted to regional sales manager for Ceco Building Systems, a division of NCI Building Systems. He had been associate engineer and district sales manager for the company in New England, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Tompkins Financial Corp., Ithaca, N.Y., promoted Scott L. Gruber to chief executive officer of Vist Bank, a Tompkins community bank with headquarters in Wyomissing. He joined the company as president and chief operating officer of Vist Bank and retains the title of president.

   The bank also hired Mary C. Grossman as a residential mortgage originator. She previously was with Mortgage America, where she was a senior loan officer.

CMF Associates, a Philadelphia provider of financial, operational and human-capital solutions to private equity, middle-market, and small-cap public companies, named Brian Dwyer a principal of the firm. He had been director of business development for Element Partners, an $800 million private-equity group in Radnor.

Pennoni Associates, a Philadelphia engineering, design and consulting firm, promoted David DeLizza to chief operating officer and Joe Viscuso to senior vice president for strategic growth. Charles Perry, COO since 2011 and former president of Pennoni acquisition PHR+A, has retired and will now serve in a senior consult role. DeLizza had been senior vice president for strategic growth; Viscuso had been vice president.

    Elyse G. Crawford has been hired as an associate in the firm's construction department. She had been a project manager and general counsel for Glacon Contracting, Boston.
