Council Rock North survived a last-minute surge from visiting Pennsbury to win 42-41. Jessica Gerber scored 12, and Emily Mackin had 11. Sajanna Bethea had 16 points and 14 rebounds for Pennsbury.
Abington's Michael Harris scored 21 points and had 15 rebounds in a 77-28 rout at Truman.
Suburban One Continental. Sarah Derstein recoreded 12 points, nine rebounds, three steals and three blocks as host Souderton downed Central Bucks East, 49-39. Katie O'Connor scored 20 points.
Erin Maher filled the stat sheet with 13 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and four steals to lead North Penn by visiting Quakertown, 63-41.
Catholic League. Mia Farmer went 11 for 11 from the line en route to 18 points as host Cardinal O'Hara beat St. Hubert, 50-37. Mary Sheehan scored 16.

Central. Harriton's Katie Melvin scored her 1,000th career point in a 57-31 loss at Garnet Valley. Maddie Ireland led Garnet Valley with 24.
Ches-Mont National. Kristen Forde scored eight points in the fourth quarter, including a layup with five seconds left to lift Bishop Shanahan to a 37-35 triumph at West Chester East.
Friends Schools. Tenisha Pressley's 12 points and 16 rebounds boosted Shipley to a 75-36 win at Friends Select.
