Canadian teen pop star Justin Bieber, who has followed in the footsteps of Al Capone as the nation's Public Enemy No. 1, was charged in a Toronto court Wednesday with assault, accused of hitting a limo driver several times in the back of the head last month. The charge comes days after Justin's DUI debacle in Florida.
