Two Pennsylvania men were arrested Wednesday and charged with trying to kidnap a woman in Camden after throwing her into a trash can.

Hasian Womack, 35, of Philadelphia, and Willie Dennis, 24, of Indiana, Pa., face kidnapping and weapons charges in the Jan. 21 incident. It started around 9:30 a.m., police said, when Dennis and Womack walked into Zoujati Salon at 107 N. Sixth St., where Womack's former girlfriend was alone inside.

Womack and Dennis allegedly displayed a weapon before tying up the ex-girlfriend with duct tape and zip ties. Then, police said, they put her in a trash can and dragged it outside into a snowstorm. Police said Womack and Dennis then drove away in a cargo van, leaving the woman behind.

Camden County police detectives found the two men in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, after working with the FBI and Pennsylvania state police, among other agencies.

Both suspects are being held in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
