Police arrested a 32-year-old man Tuesday in connection with a fatal drug overdose. Michael Davis of Bordentown City is accused of selling heroin to a 22-year-old Bordentown Township man who overdosed Dec. 20.

Davis was charged with strict liability for a drug-induced death, as well as possession and distribution of heroin. He is one of five people arrested in the last two months related to drug sales in Bordentown Township, police said.

The others arrested, all Bordentown Township residents, are:

Myron Pickett Jr., 24, charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine; Quentin Nixon, 18, accused of selling marijuana from his home; and Shawn Carter, 22, and an unidentified 16-year-old, both of whom lived in a home where police say they discovered $8,500 and marijuana pipes.

Pickett and Nixon were released pending a court date. Carter, who did not post $25,000 bail, is in the Burlington County Jail. The 16-year-old was sent to the county juvenile detention center.
