Delsea's Keith Braxton scored 33 points and grabbed 25 rebounds as the host, No. 2 Crusaders beat No. 15 Seneca, 78-54.
South Jersey Boys' Group 2 First Round
Shakwel Vincent's three-pointer with 1:10 left in overtime helped host, No. 3 Medford Tech stave off an upset bid from No. 14 Pleasantville.
Vincent scored 19, and Dennis Tunstall had 23 points, 15 rebounds, and eight blocks. Pleasantville's Marquel Bridgers banked in a three-pointer at the regulation buzzer to force overtime.
Manchester Township 82: Cinnaminson 47: Cinnaminson's Jackson Merget set the school record for three-pointers as the 12th-seeded Pirates lost at the No. 5 seed. Merget had four three-pointers, giving him 133 for his career and eclipsing the mark set by Doug Derby in 1992.
South Jersey Boys' Group 1 First Round
Third-seeded Pitman dispatched visiting, No. 14 Gateway, 78-42, to earn 20 victories for the fifth time in the last six seasons. Tim Delaney and Darnell Foreman each scored 15 points. Foreman and Eric Stafford combined for 13 assists, and Pitman had 22 assists on 30 baskets.
S.J. Boys' Non-Public B First Round
Senior forward Junior Saintel became the 15th player in Holy Spirit history to reach 1,000 points as the No. 3 Spartans rolled past visiting, No. 14 Mater Dei. Saintel reached the milestone on a layup in the second quarter.
Ocean City 43, Westampton Tech 33: Nicole Piergross scored 10 points in the third quarter, including three three-pointers, as No. 6 Ocean City came flying out of the half to down visiting, No. 11 Westamtpon Tech. Grace Sacco scored 16 points.
South Jersey Girls' Group 3 First Round
Erica Snow scored 14 of her 26 points in the fourth quarter, and No. 8 Seneca rallied to beat visiting, No. 9 Moorestown. Doni Tejada added 15.
South Jersey Girls' Non-Public B ' First Round
Junior forward Dana DiRenzo scored her 1,000th point on a three-point play in the second quarter as No. 7 St. Joseph beat 10th seed Marist, 73-36. DiRenzo scored 25 of her 31 in the first half for the hosts, and has 1,007 points for her career. She's the first Wildcat to reach the mark since Jade Howard in 2011.
South Jersey Girls' Group 1 First Round
Val Pineiro scored 17 points, and No. 4 Audubon secured its first 20-win season in program history with a 49-21 win over visiting, No. 13 Glassboro. Erica Lord added nine points and 10 rebounds.
