During 15 years with the business, she enjoyed sharing her passion with other stylists and image consultants whom she taught and trained. She also was very popular with clients.
"She had a professional, yet extraordinary, relationship with her clients, and loved making others look and feel beautiful," her family said in a tribute.
Born in West Chester, Ms. Castaldi grew up enjoying softball, cheerleading, and modern dance.
She was a 2000 graduate of Downingtown High School and the Center for Arts and Technology-School of Cosmetology. She went on to receive a bachelor's degree in communications from Temple University in 2005.
Ms. Castaldi was a diligent person who lived by the motto, "Work hard, play hard."
She was enthralled with fashion, clothes, and shoes. She loved to travel, go to Phillies games, and spend time with family, friends, and her pit bull, Capone.
She paid close attention to the different aspects of the lives of family and friends so that she could participate in them.
"She was known for her smile that could light up a room, and personality and essence that just drew you in," her family said in a tribute.
She is survived by her father, Joseph M., and his wife, Beth; her mother, Lisa Kelly Yablonski, and her husband, David; sisters Dana Castaldi Sherry, Lauren, and Courtney; brother Alexander Yablonski; grandparents Michael and Rose Castaldi; and a niece.
A visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 10, at St. Joseph Church, 338 Manor Ave., Downingtown. Another visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, before a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Downingtown.

The group provides hairpieces for children with chronic illnesses that cause hair loss. Ms. Castaldi supported the nonprofit.
