UMB Financial Corp., Kansas City, Mo., hired Louis Maricondi as senior vice president and global sales director for its institutional banking and investor services division in Chadds Ford. He was vice president and senior director of business development for BNY Mellon.

BDO USA L.L.P., a Chicago accounting and consulting firm, named Terri Albertson assurance partner in the firm's Philadelphia office. Albertson had been a partner for Grant Thornton, leading the Northeast not-for-profit and higher-education industry practices.

Attorney Jennifer M. Horn has been promoted to partner, from senior counsel, at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman P.C., Philadelphia. Jeffrey Brydzinski has been promoted to senior counsel, from associate.

The National Constitution Center, Philadelphia, appointed Julia Fiorello as creative-services manager, Marcy Katz as events coordinator, and Brandi Fox Kunz as facility-rentals sales manager. Fiorello was senior graphic designer at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia. Katz was an event/marketing coordinator at MetroKids Magazine. Fox Kunz had been manager of conference services for the Gansevoort Hotel Group in New York.

Friends Select School promoted Colleen Puckett to assistant head of school for external relations, marketing and communications. She had been the director of marketing and communications.

Philadelphia law firm Morgan Lewis L.L.P. hired Anthony Licata as chief operating officer. Licata, who held the same post at Dechert L.L.P., will be responsible for leading global operations across the firm's 25 offices.

Philadelphia law firm Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson L.L.P. says Pamela Harris-Williams has rejoined the firm as partner. A former associate at the firm, she ran her own sole proprietorship and was an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia.

James S. Gerhardt has been appointed chief advancement officer of the National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia. Gerhardt was assistant vice president of major gifts at Learning Ally in Princeton.

Lourdes Specialty Hospital of Southern New Jersey, Burlington, promoted Angela MacMillan, former director of quality management, to the position of chief quality, safety and risk officer.

JetPay Card Services, a Berwyn division of JetPay Corp. that provides card issuance and support services for customized pre-paid Visa cards, hired Ralph A. Bianco as executive vice president and general manager. He had been chief operating officer of Adaptive Payments Inc. and general manager of the pre-paid card services division for U.S. Bancorp.

Capehart Scatchard, Mount Laurel, named Andrea L. Schlafer an associate in the firm's worker's compensation department. Schlafer worked as a law clerk to Judge Kevin T. Smith in the New Jersey Superior Court, Gloucester County Vicinage.

Carson Valley Children's Aid, a Flourtown nonprofit that provides behavioral health and social-service programs for at-risk youth, has hired Diane Kiddy as CEO. She had been vice president for adult behavioral health at NHS Human Services' Eastern Region.

3rd Fed Bank, Newtown, hired Sherry Cordery as vice president, marketing manager; Liliya Ziano as vice president, commercial loan officer, and Richard Embley as vice president, commercial loan officer. Cordery had been a marketing consultant at Captivate Communications; Ziano, assistant vice president/commercial account manager at RM JR, and Embley, a vice president/commercial lending officer at New Millennium Bank.

FreedomPay, a Radnor provider of secure commerce platform technology, hired Brian Voigt as senior vice president of strategic partnerships. He had been vice president, large corporate sales, for Bank of America Merchant Services.
