There is little significant buzz about Michael Vick, although two quarterback-needy teams remain possibilities: the New York Jets and the Oakland Raiders. Neither team has addressed its quarterback situation this offseason, and both teams have head coaches who need to win in 2014 - Rex Ryan in New York and Dennis Allen with the Raiders.
Vick would likely be welcomed back by the Eagles as a backup, but he wants to compete for a starting job. The No. 2 quarterback on the Eagles roster is slated to be Matt Barkley, but the team could bring in competition. Both Colt McCoy and Brandon Weeden are free agents who have starting experience under Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur.
