Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital, a Marlton provider of pediatric-rehabilitation services, hired Kristine S. Parsons as director of communications. Parsons most recently was communications director for Philadelphia's six-branch Settlement Music School.

Cooper University Health Care, Camden, hired Terry Ricca as senior vice president and chief experience officer. She had been vice president of customer experience at Virtua Health.

James M. D'Onofrio Jr. has been hired as vice president of strategic business initiatives for Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, a not-for-profit organization based in Marlton. He had been business strategist and chief operating officer with Sovereign Medical Group.

Jamie L. Zadra has been hired by the Philadelphia law firm Duffy + Partners as an associate. She had been a judge advocate with the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps in Baumholder, Germany, and Iraq from 2008 to 2009, and was an associate faculty member with the University of Phoenix, teaching a business law course in the school's European Campus.

Lauletta Birnbaum, Sewell, hired intellectual-property lawyer, registered U.S. Patent attorney and litigator Robert A. McKinley as a member of the firm. He had been an attorney with intellectual-property boutique firm RatnerPrestia, and previously chaired the intellectual-property department at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg.

Neat Co., a Philadelphia provider of digital filing systems for the small-business and home markets, hired Evan Kramer as chief marketing officer. He had been senior vice president of interactive marketing at

American Executive Centers, Plymouth Meeting, promoted Maureen Dee from corporate trainer to general manager of its Malvern facility.

Kleinbard Bell & Brecker L.L.P., Philadelphia, elected Lorena E. Ahumada of counsel to the firm, from associate.

Beth Glassman, former vice president of human resources at Brandywine Realty Trust, has been named chief human resources officer at Widener University.

National Penn Bancshares Inc., Boyertown, hired Kyle E. Fitzpatrick as vice president and senior financial consultant for National Penn Investment Services. He most recently was a financial adviser for Ameriprise Financial Services Inc.

TD Bank promoted David M. Hargadon to regional vice president for Delaware in its Wilmington office. He had been senior loan officer for Virginia. Kristen E. Bowers was named relationship manager, assistant vice president, commercial real estate, in Philadelphia. She had been a credit analyst in the commercial real estate group at Wells Fargo in Philadelphia.

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Washington, named Dan LaBert, former executive vice president and chief operating officer for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as its new executive director.

Glenmede, a Philadelphia investment and wealth-management firm, hired Christopher F. Poch as director of business development. He also will serve as a member of the management committee. He had been regional director of the Mid-Atlantic region for Bessemer Trust.

Mercy Health System, Conshohocken, hired Brian Hannah as chief medical information officer. He is a practicing physician who was CMIO for Aria Health, Philadelphia.

The Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, named Sharon B. Binger director of the Philadelphia Regional Office, where she will oversee enforcement and examinations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Binger, who joined the SEC's Enforcement Division in 2008, has been an assistant regional director in the New York office since 2011.

Electronic-instrument maker Ametek Inc., of Berwyn, named Gregory J. Nelson vice president and general manager, electronic components and packaging, within the company's Engineered Material, Interconnects and Packaging Division. He had been vice president and business unit manager for the precision and engineered-materials business unit of its Specialty Metal Products.
