EARLY RISERS will get a bit more of NBC10's Chris Cato. I hear that Cato, who has been working weekend nights with Denise Nakano, will make a permanent move to the mornings, anchoring the 4 to 4:30 a.m. slot solo. Tracy Davidson will join him from 4:30 until 5:30, when Cato will bid adieu and Vai Sikahema will join Davidson.

Sources at the station tell me that this is a permanent move, but an NBC10 rep told me that Cato is just filling in and they like the option of keeping their mornings flexible.

Eagle-eyed NBC10 watchers know that Cato recently filled in for Sikahema when he was in Sochi covering the Olympics.

Cato joined the station in 2012 as an anchor-reporter.

Diaz leaves CBS3

Reporter Ileana Diaz has left CBS3. Her last day was Friday. Diaz announced in January that she was pregnant and I hear that she wants to be closer to her husband during her pregnancy.

Diaz has had a short tenure at CBS3, joining the station last July. But she asked to be released from her contract early to return to New York, where she worked before she came to Philly. Diaz's husband, Joel Waldman, is an investigative reporter at Diaz's old stomping grounds, Fox 5 in NYC.

Meet Doctor J

The good Doctor is in. Julius Erving will sign prepurchased bottles of Crown Royal Canadian Whisky and Crown Royal Maple from 6 to 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Northern Liberties Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection Store (180 W. Girard Ave.).

Conquering 'Hoard'

"Hoarding: Buried Alive" turns its cameras to Philly tomorrow with an episode that should not be watched by the bug-phobic. Philadelphian Seymour has the distinction of living in the most extreme roach infestation ever seen on the likes of "Hoarding: Buried Alive." If Seymour can't clean up his act, the city will condemn his house, leaving him homeless. Check it out at at 9 p.m. tomorrow on TLC.

* Speaking of Philadelphians on television, did you catch Broadway actress Sheryl Lee Ralph, husband of state Sen. Vincent Hughes, on last night's episode of " RuPaul's Drag Race"? The reality competition show pits drag queens against each other in an "American Idol"/"Project Runway" hybrid competition. Catch it on Logo on Mondays at 9 p.m.
