Friends Schools. Madison Tucker led seven Shipley goal-scorers with five tallies as the Gators downed visiting Abington Friends, 15-3. Emily Talluto (three) and Christina Piasecki and Avery Yecies (two each) also had multiple goals for Shipley.

Friends Schools. Sophomore righthander Carolyn Spellacy struck out seven over four innings, lifting Friends' Central to an 8-1 triumph over Academy of the New Church. Caroline Fakharzadeh, another sophomore, went 2 for 4 with an RBI and a run scored for the Phoenix.
Public League. Junior shortstop Donnie Griffin went 2 for 3 and knocked in four runs, helping Freire Charter to a 19-3 victory over visiting West Philadelphia in a Bronze Division game.
