Charlize on her new man
Once her adopted baby Jackson reached 2, Charlize Theron found she had more free time on her hands. So it was natural she'd eventually fall into a relationship. And she did. With film legend Sean Penn. "You have more time again," Theron, 38, tells Esquire. "And it's like if you are open to something, if you just let it happen, it will happen. When you least expect it." Sean and Charlize have been at it four months now.
Was it the answer to her dreams?
"It was nice to be single," Charlize says, summing up, "and now it's nice to be not single."
Another day, another split
"They both love and respect one another," reads a familiar line in a familiar type of news release: a celeb breakup.
Youngsters Evan Rachel Wood, 26, and Jamie Bell, 28, who met 10 years ago on the set of Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" vid and who wed in October '12, have split up, their reps tell Us Weekly. "They both . . . will of course remain committed to coparenting their son." Born last July, the boy's name has been kept out of the news.
Chelsea Handler and her E! talk show Chelsea Lately are splitting up after seven years, the cabler says. The last episode of the live late-night talk show will be Aug. 26. "I myself am more surprised than anyone that I was able to hold down a job for seven years," Handler says in a statement, "and it was a fantastic seven years."

Kim Kardashian's lil' sis, model Kendall Jenner, 18, has made her first Vogue cover. Mazel tov! . . . A Los Angeles court has ruled that late action star Paul Walker's daughter Meadow Rain Walker, 15, can live with her mother Rebecca Soteros and a nanny and will not require court supervision. Soteros is in treatment for alcohol abuse.
Timberlake at Western Wall
Justin Timberlake watchers are braced for impact, expecting a backlash from the pop and film star's visit Tuesday to Jerusalem's Western Wall. In country for a Wednesday show in Tel Aviv, JT posted a pic of himself at the Wall, which is one of Judaism's most sacred sites.
"The Holy Land . . . What an experience," the singer wrote on Instagram. "I will never forget this day."
While the pic has been greeted with more than 240,000 likes, it is expected to anger pro-Palestinian fans.
