Constance Carino Harrison, 75, of Turnersville, a cashier for Pathmark supermarkets in South Jersey for more than 30 years, died of complications from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on Wednesday, May 28, at Kennedy University Hospital in Washington Township.

A 1958 graduate of Glassboro High School, Mrs. Harrison worked at numerous stores in the Pathmark chain, in the office and at the cashier's post, her husband, Andrew J., said.

She retired from the West Deptford store 10 years ago, he said.

In the supermarkets, daughter Marie Miller said, "she was a happy, familiar face. She would ask how you were and about the family."

Mrs. Harrison made beautiful flower arrangements for her home and her children. She used her skill with crafts to make memorable presents, her daughter said.

In addition to her husband and daughter, Mrs. Harrison is survived by their son, Andrew J. Jr., vice president of finance at The Inquirer; daughter Colleen Lennon; two brothers; two sisters; and four grandchildren.

A viewing was set for 9 to 10:45 a.m. Monday, June 2, at Danks-Hinski Funeral Home, 125 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, before an 11 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Lawrence Church, White Horse Pike and South Avenue, Lindenwold. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin.
