Associate Lindsay Andreuzzi has been elected a principal of Post & Schell P.C. Andreuzzi has been with the firm since 2009.

Sarah L. Bentzel has joined Reed Smith as a regional marketing coordinator. She will be based in the firm's Philadelphia office but will oversee marketing initiatives for both the Philadelphia and Wilmington offices. She was a business development senior coordinator with Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti L.L.P.

Bruce Kindy has been hired as vice president of sales at MedRisk Inc., a King of Prussia managed-care company specializing in diagnostic imaging and the physical rehabilitation of injured workers. He had been senior vice president of national sales at Network Synergy Group, Tampa, Fla.

Rajeev Rao has been hired as vice president, strategy and business development, at Axalta Coating Systems, a Philadelphia provider of liquid and powder coatings. He was senior director, strategy and marketing, for the drilling and evaluation division of Halliburton Co.

Instem, a Conshohocken provider of IT solutions to the global early-development health-care market, has hired Gwen Aston as vice president, implementations and client relations, of Instem Clinical.

Hannah Kleponis has been hired as public-relations coordinator at KeystoneCare in Wyndmoor. She had been a financial associate at Vanguard.

Yuengling's Ice Cream, a family-owned business founded in 1920 in Orwigsburg, Pa., hired frozen-food-industry veteran Bob Carlson as chief operating officer. He was a self-employed consultant.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott L.L.C. has hired Casey A. Coyle as an associate in the law firm's litigation division in Philadelphia. Coyle was an attorney in private practice and served as a law clerk for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Thomas G. Saylor.

Also joining the firm is Kevin Harden Jr., as an associate in the litigation and white-collar defense and investigations practices in Philadelphia. He served as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.

Jeffrey M. Clair has been appointed executive vice president of global sales of Bollman Hat Co., Adamstown, Pa. He previously was a principal in his own company, ClairVoyant Consulting L.L.C.

Hill International, a Marlton manager of construction risk, said Michael J. Petrisko has rejoined the firm as senior vice president and chief information officer. He had been vice president and CIO for two years at STV Group.

Rebecca Johnson has been named executive director of AIA Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Center for Architecture. Johnson had served as executive director of Fairmount Community Development Corp.

Comcast-Spectacor, the Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm, has named Dan Gallagher to the newly created position of senior vice president, strategic growth initiatives. He joined Comcast-Spectacor as chief of staff, working on special projects.

Inspira Health Network, Mullica Hill, has promoted Thomas Baldosaro to chief financial officer, from vice president of finance.

OptiNose, a Yardley specialty pharmaceuticals company, has hired Ramona Lloyd as vice president, regulatory affairs and quality. She acted as senior vice president of regulatory affairs and safety for ImClone Systems and as a consultant in regulatory affairs to the pharmaceutical industry.

   Other new executives include: Terrence Terifay, senior vice president and chief commercial officer, formerly vice president, marketing, and interim general manager for Branded Specialty Pharmaceuticals, and Sheila Bergey, vice president, operations and program management, founder of Saybrook Consulting L.L.C.

Buchanan Public Relations, Philadelphia, has promoted Kathleen McFadden from senior account executive to account supervisor.
