Embiid, who must not get the E! network with his cable package, has over 158,000 Twitter followers and enjoys reaching out on the social network.
Earlier this month, he tried to recruit LeBron James, tweeting: "@KingJames hey bro hope you're having a good day . . . Want to join us in philly?? Peace."

Someone, somewhere is about to have a very cool addition to their man cave.
Last night, a desk used on ESPN's "SportsCenter" fetched $26,100 in the V Foundation auction on eBay.
The desk includes monitors and wiring. Add Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless and you've got a party.
Other items that were auctioned include a baseball glove signed by Ted Williams, a baseball signed by Babe Ruth and Roger Maris, an hourlong ride for five on the Goodyear Blimp, and the opportunity to spend a day with ESPN Radio hosts Scott Van Pelt and Ryen Russillo.
Proceeds go to The V Foundation, which was created by late North Carolina State basketball coach Jim Valvano.
