Lincoln Financial Group, Radnor, has named Richard Mucci president of its group protection business. He was founder of Brant Point Consulting L.L.C.

ACE Group, Philadelphia, has hired Cora Klena as senior vice president, North American marketing and communications. She had been senior vice president and head of corporate communications for the Americas at SwissRe.

Tompkins Vist Bank, Wyomissing, hired Kathy Wolfe as vice president and human resources manager. She had been director of human resources at the Loomis Co.

TD Bank has promoted Gregory B. Cieslik to vice president, senior relationship manager in Commercial Lending in Turnersville, from relationship manager.

Evesham Mortgage L.L.C., Marlton, has hired Chris Reenock as senior mortgage advisor. He was a mortgage consultant at Prosperity Home Mortgage L.L.C.

BrightFields Inc., a Wilmington environmental consulting and remediation services firm, has hired Kathy Stiller as senior program manager. She retired as director of the Division of Water within Delaware's Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.

Cherie P. Erkmen has been appointed associate professor of surgery at Temple University School of Medicine, and director of the Lung Cancer Screening Program at Temple University Hospital. Erkmen had been assistant professor of surgery and medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, as well as chief of the Thoracic Oncology Program at Dartmouth's Norris Cotton Cancer Center.

Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital, a Marlton provider of pediatric rehabilitation services, promoted Kathleen Hall-Olsen from director of inpatient rehabilitation services to hospital administrator.

Biemiller had been first deputy chief of staff, Office of the Mayor, for the City of Philadelphia while Hines was regional vice president, operations, for Fresenius Vascular Care (FVC), part of Fresenius Medical Care North America.

Laughman most recently had the dual responsibilities of human services administrator for Lancaster County Commissioners and executive director for Lancaster County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
