D EAR HARRY: We are going to move to a retirement community this summer. Reluctantly, after 47 years, we are selling our lovely home. The problem we are facing is one of choosing a broker to represent us on the sale. The house is a semi-custom one we had built with small modifications to a builder's plan. Similar homes in the area recently have sold for about $225,000. Can you please tell us what we should look for in a real-estate broker? WHAT HARRY SAYS: The market in real estate has shown some renewed vigor in the last year.

THE UNION was shut out by the New England Revolution, 2-0, in an MLS game Saturday night at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. The Revolution (2-3-2) scored twice in the second half to secure the win. The Union is 3-3-2. "That was not reflective of the kind of game we are capable of playing. And it was probably our worst performance on the year so far," Union manager John Hackworth said. "In a lot of ways, it's frustrating because we've been playing consistent and at least the way we tried to play tonight - it just wasn't the same.

THE Daily News ' Jill Porter and Bob Warner first exposed the stolen-house scam in 2000. Here's what has happened since: * In 2001, the District Attorney's Office assigned a grand jury to investigate suspicious deeds, and 20 people were indicted. City Council held hearings on the issue. * In 2004, the Records Department began alerting owners whenever a new deed was recorded on their property. It also photographed anyone who recorded a deed. * In 2007, former Common Pleas President Judge Darnell Jones established a program to expedite fraudulent-deed cases through the civil-court system.

SEXY GREEN TRUCK What is it? Before it was "Sexy," it was just Selim and Emina Zeka's Green Truck. But soon after they parked it on Montgomery Avenue near 13th in 2009 and began serving seductive pitas, paninis, sandwiches and salads stuffed with lip-smacking local veggies and love-me-tender meats, Temple students dubbed it the Sexy Green Truck. Passionate pita: Hug me! I'm a Hummus! (with cucumber, mozzarella and vinaigrette). Pucker-up panini: Fresh spinach, garlic, mushrooms, mozzarella.

DESPITE PUBLIC denials from four Flyers players, multiple sources confirmed to the Daily News that goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov did "doze off" during a team meeting on Monday. His sleep habits, however, were not the reason for Steve Mason making his first start as a Flyer on Tuesday on Long Island in the team's biggest game of the season. The news - that cameras caught Bryzgalov with his eyes closed on the bench during the third period of Saturday's loss in Winnipeg - rippled throughout the team on its charter flight home.

SO, PHILLY loses another firefighter, after which Mayor Nutter states, "We must never forget the grave risks that these heroic public servants take every day at a moment's notice on behalf of us all. " Now living in Nashville, I read the Daily News every day on my Kindle and I find Mayor Nutter's statement somewhat ironic. As someone who used to live one block from where Capt. Michael Goodwin died protecting my old neighborhood, I urge Michael Nutter to never forget the words of his statement above when he tries to fight the salary arbitration case against the firefighters, or refers to the noble police force of my hometown.

D EAR HARRY : We just discovered that our parents are in financial trouble. They are both in their late 70s and have just about hit bottom. Fortunately, their house is paid for and it is well-suited for elderly people. They took a big hit to their investments in 2008. The problem involves our contributions to keep them above water. They do have Social Security, and my father gets a pension of $2,200 a month. That covers their medical bills and the bare costs of maintaining their home.

FOR THE REST of his basketball life, perhaps Rysheed Jordan should make sure he always faces a major distraction. Didn't keep him from thriving during this just-finished season. The 6-4, 185-pound Jordan, a senior point guard at Roberts Vaux High, and widely ranked among the country's top 30 high school players, was pestered nonstop to reveal his college destination. He instead chose the keep-'em-in-suspense route, even after tweeting a couple times (kiddingly, it turned out)
