BERNIE SALAZAR Ortiz, a Colorado man accused of stalking Linda Ronstadt for nearly a decade, has been ordered by an Arizona judge to stay away from her. Ronstadt has upcoming concerts and fears for her safety because of Ortiz's history of stalking her and his mental illness, court documents indicate. Judge John Davis issued a preliminary injunction against Ortiz, who has schizophrenia, last week at the request of Linda's lawyers. The injunction says Ortiz cannot attend any of Ronstadt's concerts, come within 1,000 feet of her or contact her. He also can't deliver, directly or indirectly, any cards, packages, flowers or other items.

People magazine is reporting that Nick Lachey had a thing for traipsing around the house in the shoes of Jessica Simpson back when they were a couple. In a post-breakup interview given to Elle magazine, the 32-year-old Lachey says, "It was sort of a kinky thing we liked to get into. THE BAD NEWS is that two Lohans were in court on Friday. The good news is that neither of them was Lindsay. The rehabbing starlet's parents were in front of a Long Island judge fighting over visitation of their younger children. If only they both could lose. Estranged dad Michael Lohan claimed at the hearing that Dina Lohan had failed to make payments as part of their separation agreement. Michael's lawyer, John DiMascio, said he plans to file a motion to set aside the agreement and impending divorce by proving Dina did not live up to the terms.

ON THE COVER of its Jan. 30 issue, Celebrity Living reported that Angelina Jolie was carrying "TWINS!" In its Feb. 6 issue (these magazines really do predict the future), Life & Style Weekly said "IT'S A GIRL!" But in its Feb. 6 issue, the National Enquirer said, "It's a BOY!" Based on this info, Tattle will have to go with its own version: "ANGELINA MIRACLE! FETUS CHANGES SEX INSIDE HER!" 19 going on Medicare After being hospitalized for exhaustion and asthma, you'd think Lindsay Lohan would stop partying so hard and quit smoking.

It's a truism: Couples who perform together, stay together. (Well, in Sonny and Cher's case, maybe not.) This adage will be put to the test by Mennifer at the hallowed Grammy Awards, to be televised live Feb. 13 on CBS. According to E!Online, lovey-dovey duo Jennifer Lopez and her third hubby, that perfect bit of arm candy, Marc Anthony, have announced they'll warble at the show. It's hard to say what song they'll choose. Gossipers conjecture it'll be the duet "Escapemonos": "Let's hide from the crowd / . . . So that we are alone, my love.

A REP FOR Lindsay Lohan released a statement yesterday: "Lindsay admitted herself to an intensive medical rehabilitation facility on Memorial Day. Because this is a medical matter, it is our hope that the press will appreciate the seriousness of the situation and respect the privacy of Lindsay as well as the other patients receiving treatment at the facility. THE THREE-FINGER SALUTE from "The Hunger Games" is being used as a symbol of resistance in Thailand. Protesters against the military coup are flashing the gesture as a silent act of rebellion, and they're being threatened with arrest if they ignore warnings to stop. "Raising three fingers has become a symbol in calling for fundamental political rights," anti-coup activist Sombat Boonngamanong said on his Facebook page. He called on people to raise "3 fingers, 3 times a day" - at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. - in safe public places where no police or military are present.
