MONDAY, it looked as if the only beneficiary of the Eva Longoria -produced dating show "Ready For Love" was Eva Longoria. That's when Life & Style reported that Eva was dating contestant Ernesto Arguello , a Miami entrepreneur. Eva, however, denies it. "WHAT?! AGAIN? Sorry guys, still not dating @ernestoarguello Who are these 'sources'??" she tweeted. Sources? Who needs sources? Live, Kitty Pryde is a walking paradox, a wound-up ball of nervous insecurity who can summon the bravado it takes to command those in her crowd to bow their heads in prayer to Justin Bieber. ("Dear Bieber, please stop singing about sex. ") Makes sense. She's a walking paradox in everyday life, too, a teenage, white-as-snow redheaded Claire's employee from Daytona Beach, Fla., who, depending on your view, is either hip hop's unlikely savior or the final nail in the coffin of the once-proud genre.

As you read this, Lindsay Lohan is enjoying sobriety tucked up in the luxurious if not extravagant bosom of that famed former-First-Lady-inspired celeb rehab, the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., TMZ reports. LiLo, who has racked up more arrests, jail time, rehab stays, drunken fights, boyfriends, and breakups at the tender age of 26 than many a world-class rogue accrues in a lifetime, got to the center via a tortured and circuitous road. Ordered to spend 90 days in an inpatient program in lieu of jail, LiLo was supposed to park her neuroses at the Seafield Centre in Westhampton Beach, N.Y., but balked when she found out it was a nonsmoking joint.

WE REALIZE Time magazine is simply trying to sell magazines and Tattle appreciates that. Sometimes we try to sell newspapers. But if we gave you a list with the names Jennifer Lawrence , Steven Spielberg and Daniel Day-Lewis on it, you might guess that it was a list of important figures in movies. If the list had Justin Timberlake , Jay-Z , Beyoncé , Frank Ocean , Christina Aguilera and Justin Bieber 's manager Scooter Braun , you might guess that it was a list of people having an impact on the current music scene.

LOS ANGELES - A paparazzo charged with recklessly pursuing Justin Bieber for photos will challenge the constitutionality of the law targeting aggressive celebrity-hounding tactics, his attorney said Friday. Attorney David Kestenbaum filed a motion asking a judge to declare that the 2010 California statute penalizing those who drive recklessly in pursuit of commercial photos is unconstitutional. The 17-page motion argues that the law used to charge his client, Paul Raef, violates First Amendment protections for the press and is too broad.
