It's all a big, fat, stinking lie, world. We refer to the idiotic #BaldforBieber Twitter hoax, telling millions that (a) Justin Bieber has cancer and has lost all his hair due to chemo (with Photoshopped photo of bald Biebs); and that (b) fans worldwide are shaving their noggins in solidarity. May not a single Bieber belieber be taken in by these trolls, and may all have the heads of hair they prefer. One person's LOL is another's cruelty.   Click three times . . . Some sayings have immortality thrust upon them.

TATTLE HAS BECOME SO CYNICAL. We were watching a YouTube video the other day of a dog coming to the rescue of two other dogs in a canoe on a lake, and instead of marveling at the loyalty and bravery of the dog rescuer (as was probably intended) we thought: Why are those two dogs in a canoe? Where are their owners? Why is some clown filming this instead of wading out into the lake and pulling the canoe back to shore? We sensed a set-up. But surely Justin Bieber is above such behavior, isn't he?

Later, she was delighted to have lunch with them. She also played games and toured the park. Other things that make Shante happy are listening to Justin Bieber, playing basketball, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, and anything in the color pink. She can be shy when meeting new people, but soon warms up. Shante enjoys going to school, where she benefits from special education classes and is learning life skills.

Her family said on their Twitter account that Avalanna - she called herself Mrs. Bieber - died Wednesday morning at her Merrimac home. GREEN DAY'S Billie Joe Armstrong is having a typical 21st Century Breakdown - he's off to rehab. Sunday's announcement by the band's rep comes after the spiky-haired frontman had a meltdown onstage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Friday. As Green Day was wrapping up its performance, Armstrong profanely complained that the band's time was being cut short. "One minute left, one minute [expletive] left. You're gonna give me (expletive) one minute? . . . I'm not [expletive]

LOS ANGELES - A paparazzo charged with recklessly pursuing Justin Bieber for photos will challenge the constitutionality of the law targeting aggressive celebrity-hounding tactics, his attorney said Friday. Attorney David Kestenbaum filed a motion asking a judge to declare that the 2010 California statute penalizing those who drive recklessly in pursuit of commercial photos is unconstitutional. The 17-page motion argues that the law used to charge his client, Paul Raef, violates First Amendment protections for the press and is too broad.

Live, Kitty Pryde is a walking paradox, a wound-up ball of nervous insecurity who can summon the bravado it takes to command those in her crowd to bow their heads in prayer to Justin Bieber. ("Dear Bieber, please stop singing about sex. ") Makes sense. She's a walking paradox in everyday life, too, a teenage, white-as-snow redheaded Claire's employee from Daytona Beach, Fla., who, depending on your view, is either hip hop's unlikely savior or the final nail in the coffin of the once-proud genre.

People have been wondering which local salon gave Miley Cyrus the dramatic new haircut she unveiled to fans on Twitter Sunday night. The pop star, who has been staying around Washington Square for about a month with fiance Liam Hemsworth while he's shooting "Paranoia" with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman , took an Acela train to and from New York Sunday for her new skater punk haircut, which makes her oddly resemble Justin Bieber. She tweeted that she has never felt more like herself with her new hipster cut. She looks as if she should get a DJ night spinning indie rock/electro at the Barbary (951 Frankford)

While Octomom Nadya Suleman's money woes continue, she's decided to try online dating. TMZ.com reports that Octo has created an online dating profile for WhatsYourPrice.com, a site where users (formerly called johns) can pay other users to go out with them. In this heat, who wants to stand on a corner? Octo didn't even lie in her profile, even though Tattle finds it a real deal-breaker when we see a woman's profile that says: Have kids: Yes, 14. Want kids: Yes. She said she loves to laugh (with her laugh, that's not a plus)
