By Elizabeth Wellington So far, we know the royal newlyweds will not have servants in their house, at least for the first three years of their marriage. We've been told that Kate Middleton's life-size wax image won't join the rest of the royal brood at Madame Tussauds until the end of this year. And it was reported that the No Problem Orchestra, a group of Austrian disabled musicians, are to perform at the April 29 affair. But one question remains: What - and maybe more important, who - will Kate wear when she walks down the aisle of Westminster Abbey to marry Prince William?

For young women, there's a twinge of sadness that comes along with the news that Prince William is no longer on the market after proposing to Kate Middleton, his girlfriend of eight years. The resounding response to the news from the mid-20s set has been an acid-tinged, "Good for them. But now he can't marry me. " I can't speak to the British counterparts of my generation, who must be all too aware of the class distinctions between themselves and the prince, no matter how many baseball caps he dons in photos, or how down to earth he seems in his brief press appearances.

Philly's own Kendra Wilkinson Baskett is, um, versatile. The former Playfriend, now wife of former Eagles (currently, like all NFL players, unemployed) footballer Hank Baskett , is on Dancing With the Stars , and making the most of it, not by dance but by mouth, telling every woman everywhere to get in touch with her inner stripper. She's also on a newly discovered sex tape. That would be (at least) her second. As the world knows, last year a sex tape surfaced of K-Wilk and former bf Justin Frye . It was later released by our pals at Vivid Entertainment.

LONDON - Britain's government said Saturday that it had begun the process of reviewing the ancient, discriminatory rules of royal succession, so that if Prince William and Kate Middleton's first child is a girl, she would eventually become queen. The current rule that puts boys ahead of their sisters "would strike most people as a little old-fashioned," Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said. It is just two weeks until the prince and Middleton get married at London's Westminster Abbey, and Clegg said many people might agree that the rules should be changed.

A princess doth not a fashion icon make. Whew, that thought has bothered me like a pebble in my Manolo for a while now. It's not that I don't like Kate Middleton's style. In fact, the 29-year-old fiancee to Prince William has been killing it , fashionably speaking, since she was officially betrothed. She was sophisticated in her royal-blue dress by Brazilian designer Issa London. She's classy when wearing the belted white Burberry trench coat with the dainty ruffled hem. And she's a risk-taker - note her penchant for hats, from netted pillboxes to black fedoras.

Does acting like a tramp mean you are a tramp? No, says philosophical ethics prof Miley Cyrus in response to critics who suggest that her "Can't Be Tamed" music vid is far too sexually suggestive for a 17-year-old child. "I'm not trying to be 'slutty,' " Miley says. "I'm not trying to be like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys. . . . What I'm trying to do is to make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress. " So, is she just acting inarticulate?

Prince William and princess-y wife Kate Middleton already have broken one of their most popular (pre-marriage) campaign promises: They're hiring servants. The royal couple had promised the people - with much earnestness - they would do their own shopping and cleaning. Couldn't cope, I guess: The newlyweds have posted an ad for a housekeeper and a dresser to serve them at their new London pad, Kensington Palace. Lest you've not had your recommended daily allowance of BBC costume dramas, a dresser is a person who gently places rich people into their pants, socks, boots, cravats, and so forth.

Among the many things money and power can't buy, apparently, is originality. Over the winter, Eli N. Avila, Gov. Corbett's secretary of health, got into a tiff at a diner called Roxy's over whether his eggs were fresh. To sharpen his point, he resorted to the trite and true "Do you know who I am?" Avila left Roxy's and filed a complaint against the place with Harrisburg's health department, which found only minor violations. None of them had to do with eggs. Avila has not commented on the incident, but his representatives have said he thought there was a legitimate health concern.
