LiLo serves it wrong Lindsay Lohan got slapped up Wednesday morning by Superior Court Judge Mark Young in L.A. He was distinctly unthrilled by 125 hours of community service LiLo said she'd performed while in London. Called them "unacceptable. " (Some of the time claimed was silly: four hours for LiLo to perform David Mamet 's play Speed-the-Plow in the West End, and two more to meet fans afterward.) Do 'em over!, he told her. That's like six full days of community service.

LINDSAY LOHAN may be heading back to the slammer. It's unlikely - Fox News says her judge prefers counseling over jail, and it is only Lindsay's 432nd strike - but her probation was revoked Wednesday, and that could mean a sentence of up to eight months. The ruling in Los Angeles came as the former teen star - who was not in court - faces misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, lying to a police officer and obstructing an officer from performing duties after an accident in which her Porsche rammed the back of a dump truck in June.

Can you imagine Lindsay Lohan without the Lohan ? Li without the Lo ? A ghastly thought. Not to mention impossible, as evolutionary biologists point out: Such a being could never subsist in today's media environment. But, that's the point: By changing her name, LiLo-Without-the-Lo (or should it be The-artist-Turned-Tabloid-Fodder-Previously-Known-As-LiLo ?), hopes she'll drop off the scandal rags. (Only a mind as supple and sophisticated as Lindsay's could come up with that idea.)

YESTERDAY was such an unfair day for the fairer sex. Take Lindsay Lohan . Please. In 2012, her Porsche rear-ended an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway. ( Bruce Jenner was not involved, according to witnesses.) Afterward, Lindz denied she had been driving. She was convicted of reckless driving. Lo, those three years ago, a totally mean-face Santa Monica judge ordered Lohan to perform 240 hours (that's like, 100 nonstop days, FYI) of community service. She was supposed to finish those hours months ago. There was a glitch.

THERE ARE SO MANY GAG celebrity news sites on the Internet, Tattle never knows when we might be pulling a "Fox & Friends" and sourcing a farcical site (haven't done that) or sourcing a real site which mistakenly sourced a farcical site (may have done that). RadarOnline.com isn't a site you'd check out to learn more about the battle over the debt ceiling, but for celebrity gossip it usually has credible non-news. But this Radar story sounds as if it came from the Onion . Lindsay Lohan is considering opening her own rehab center.

Maybe Lindsay Lohan should live someplace else. Seriously. Otherwise, all these L.A./Hollyweird people will constantly be accusing her of icky stuff, when we at "SideShow" know she's all done with that! (Isn't she?) The latest wild claim is that LiLo had a roughhouse last Thursday at the Standard Hotel in West Hollywired. The report, which cops say they're investigating, is that some lady and LiLo disagreed over a male, and then LiLo became, um, ungentle with her. Or so this lady says.

LINDSAY LOHAN scored a rare bicoastal twofer Thursday, as she was charged with crimes in New York and Los Angeles, making us wonder if "Liz & Dick" would have been better if she played both Liz and Dick. Prosecutors in Santa Monica charged Lindsay with three misdemeanors related to a June auto accident. Hours earlier, she was arrested and charged with third-degree assault, also a misdemeanor, after a woman was punched in a New York City nightclub. And Lindsay allegedly was the puncher.

Watch out! Here comes the Lohan Follies. Again. We're a month away from the premiere of her cable TV movie, Liz & Dick and, like clockwork, Lindsay Lohan has unleased her unique marketing campaign: To be featured in every sleazy tabloid story possible. First, there's her beef with dad, Michael . TMZ says LiLo plans to retaliate against MiLo for trying to stage an intervention at her house. Convinced she is in trouble with drugs and alcohol again, dad insisted LiLo go to rehab and wouldn't leave her house on Friday.

HOW OFTEN are you going to see " Lindsay Lohan " and "arrest" in the same Tattle lead and Lindsay is not the one being arrested? Christian LaBella , 25, was initially arrested Sunday on an assault charge after Lindsay claimed that he grabbed her in her room in NYC's W Hotel in an argument over cellphone images. But he was freed hours later and his arrest voided when the charge could not be substantiated, law-enforcement officials said. Instead, LaBella and La Lohan filed harassment complaints with police against each other after they were interviewed about their run-in.

TUESDAY afternoon reports circulated that former Tattle headliner Lindsay Lohan had gotten engaged to a Russian heir. We went out for a bottle of Stoli to celebrate. By Tuesday night People magazine was reporting that Lindsay was not engaged - that 22-year-old boyfriend Egor Tarabasov hadn't put a ring on the 29-year-old's finger. "The story is untrue and holds no merit," Lohan's rep, Hunter Frederick , told People . Lindsay still has a rep? As something other than a bad girl?

"FURIOUS 7" kept up its fast pace in its second weekend, racing away with $60.6 million at North American theaters and bringing its box-office total to a high-octane $252.5 million, according to studio estimates yesterday. Globally, it has already crossed $800 million in its first two weeks of release. The weekend international total was boosted by the film premiering in China yesterday, where it earned an estimated $68.6 million in just one day. "I'm proud to be gay, and I consider being gay among the greatest gifts God has given me," says Apple head honcho Tim Cook in a new essay in Bloomberg Businessweek. Well, he may be proud, but he never acknowledged it publicly before. He said that announcing it "wasn't an easy choice. " May we someday have a world in which it's easy. As it is, some behind-the-timesers, I guess, have their knickers in a bunch. Cook is now one of the highest-ranking businesspeople of self-acknowledged same-sex orientation.

ALL THIS chatter about Lindsay Lohan turning her life around is making our head spin. Like Linda Blair in "The Exorcist. " Lindsay's clearly learned the "recovery" talking points as recent TV talk-show appearances have shown, but as for heading down the track towards sobriety and an acting career? It still seems as if she's facing an oncoming train. Take the latest bits of news: The cigarette-smoky-voiced actress revealed that she suffered a miscarriage during the filming of the shooting of her OWN network documentary series chronicling her life after rehab.

Coachella, the fashion monster! That there Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., has gotten outer-of-hand faster than you can spell Coachella, which we can't. It's like Woodstock for millionaires. It's now a place for celebs to be seen, and they've turned it into a whacked-out fashion launching pad, outhippie-ing the hippies and outcooling the coolers. We know, we know, Beyoncé . But also Kendall and Kylie Jenner , all in black, goth and goony. They and Selena Gomez have started this wildfire fad of bindis - fey 21st-century forehead jewelry.

THERE'S a line as far as Lindsay Lohan is concerned, and Fox News has apparently crossed it, her lawyers said in a letter to the "Fair & Balanced" channel. Earlier this month, Fox News guest commentator Michelle Fields claimed on Sean Hannity 's show that the troubled actress and her mother, Dina Lohan , were doing cocaine together, according to the letter written by LiLo's lawyer Mark Heller and reported by RadarOnline.com. "On February 4, 2014, the Fox News Channel broadcasted a blatantly false, malicious, defamatory and reckless statement on the program entitled 'Great American Panel' hosted by Sean Hannity," Heller wrote.
