The naked man who bolted out of Pennypack Park on Tuesday and attacked a woman might be a serial predator who has struck before, police said Wednesday. Investigators detailed two other attacks - one from earlier this year, one from last year - that unfolded in the Northeast Philadelphia park, just off Frankford Avenue near Solly. In all three cases, the female victims described their attacker and his approach in eerily similar fashion. All three victims described the attacker as a 6-foot-1 or 6-foot-2 white man in his late 30s with a muscular build.

About 7:45 a.m., the man climbed the exterior ladder portion of the smokestack, about 200 feet high, setting off concern that he would jump or fall, Finley said. Emergency crews brought an inflatable cushion, while negotiators talked with the man..

I MAGINE Hulk Hogan wrestling a ragdoll. That's how a witness described the violent confrontation between a police officer and an allegedly drugged-out Olney man early Sunday morning that left the cop hurt and the 31-year-old man dead of three gunshot wounds. "He was slinging the cop around like he was a little kid," said the neighbor, who spoke with the Daily News on condition of anonymity. "The cop hit the ground hard a few times. It was something out of 'Ripley's Believe It or Not.' " Lt. Raymond Evers, a police spokesman, said the clash between the officer and the man, whom relatives identified as Kenyado Newsuan, began about 6 a.m. on Mascher Street near Nedro Avenue after somebody on the next block flagged the cop down and reported that a naked man was running around yelling.

A man who had apparently decided to get naked in Center City and then ended up scuffling with a police lieutenant was shot and critically wounded yesterday in a bizarre incident that tied up traffic on Market Street for hours during yesterday's evening rush hour. Police said the chain of events began about 4:45 p.m., when the unidentified man took off his clothes across the street from the main Strawbridge's store at Ninth and Market Streets. The details of the incident were still being sorted out yesterday, but police said the naked man climbed into the police cruiser, and both men then struggled inside the vehicle for the policeman's gun. Several shots were fired, striking the naked man. During the struggle, the police cruiser continued to move east on Market, striking and severely damaging a blue Chevrolet Cavalier driven by a woman, police said.

The 700-pound robot took a beating as the man with a sledgehammer hacked off its arm and then, in a surprising show of strength, shoved its mangled body off the front porch of the Lindenwold home. The Camden County Sheriff's Office had sent the robot - which has a microphone through which a deputy can speak - to negotiate with the man after he fired gunshots in the neighborhood and barricaded himself. Now, with the robot having drawn the man out of the home after about an hour, authorities realized that he no longer had a gun. The good, early Pon de Replay , S.O.S. , and Umbrella were defined by their lack of a personality. So she and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown have spent the latter half of her career on mutated carnality. Last year's Talk That Talk was her most joyous, sexual, carpet-bombing album, all dubstep synths and hard-as-nails Euro-dance structures alongside all the staccato-hook FX she nicked from The-Dream.

A man walked down a South Jersey street in daylight, stripped, and fondled himself in front of a mother and her daughter, according to police. Gloucester Township police say John Boyle Jr., 44, was charged with lewdness and taken to the Camden County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. The incident began about 2:20 p.m. Thursday when police say Boyle was walking down Oak Avenue in the township's Hilltop section when he removed his shirt and pants. They say that Boyle, who lives on the Black Horse Pike in Hilltop, exposed himself and masturbated in front of a mother and her 15-year-old daughter as they were entering a vehicle.
