This is regarding the lotteries. They should be changed radically. Instead of having one winner who will hoard his winnings in various ways, we should lower the winnings to the range of $500 minimum and $10,000 maximum. HARRISBURG - A state law enforcement official says the number of police pursuits in Pennsylvania dropped nearly 13 percent last year. State Police Commissioner Frank Pawlowski also announced Monday that the number of pursuits resulting in deaths and injuries declined. There were nine in 2008 and eight last year.
