TOMS RIVER, N.J. - Ocean City senior Natalie Landi did not even see the basket. With the clock expiring in the third quarter, the forward heaved a prayer from well beyond the three-point line that was answered, and served as a nail in Jefferson Township's coffin as the Red Raiders earned their first girls' basketball state title, winning the Group 3 final, 50-37, at Toms River North. "When I shot it, I didn't watch the basket," Landi said of her trey that gave Ocean City a 39-24 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
