Summer's over, and your kids have been Everywhere - the museum, the park, the beach, the boardwalk, the neighbor's backyard. But there's one more Final Frontier: Philadelphia International Airport, or PHL as it's known to pilots, travelers and baggage handlers. PHL offers more than a million square feet of air-conditioned plane- spotting and people-watching that can fascinate even the most jaded young ones. And it's a free show. The only expense is getting there. SEPTA's Airport Express offers a fun and fast ride every half-hour from Market East, Suburban Station and 30th Street to the Airport Terminal.
