POINT PLEASANT BEACH, N.J. - The mayor of a storm-wrecked Jersey Shore town said Monday that England's Prince Harry will visit next week before heading to a news conference nearby. Mantoloking Mayor George Nebel said Monday that Harry, an heir to the throne, will take a short walk along Barnegat Lane along the bay front during a brief visit Tuesday. The prince will accompany Gov. Christie to Seaside Heights afterward. During a council meeting, held in Point Pleasant Beach because Mantoloking's municipal building was wrecked by the storm, Nebel revealed part of the prince's itinerary for his visit to the East Coast.

Queen makes a knight of princely grandson We don't know the rules, exactly, but it appears that being a prince doesn't automatically make one a knight, which is this whole other thing that only, like, a king or queen can make you. That's why Prince Harry found himself being knighted by his granny, Queen Elizabeth II , who dubbed him Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in a private thing at Buckingham Palace. It recognizes Harry's decade as a real, honest-to-goodness soldier in the armed forces, with two tours in Afghanistan.

AND YOU THOUGHT the crown jewels were in the Tower of London. Britain's Prince Harry went to Las Vegas, and what happened there didn't stay there. Even though his brother didn't make the trip, the younger prince - photographed with a pair of beauties - was proud to show off his Willie. Or should we say, his royal anus? His bangers and mash? His Windsor nuts? His Wales spout? TMZ.com on Tuesday posted photos of the 27-year-old royal partying in the buff with a woman in a VIP suite, after Harry allegedly disrobed as part of a game of strip pool - he must have been distracted by her rack.

" The New York Daily News is also reporting that media outlets really want to hear the dish on "Harry the Pothead.

Welly Wanging, anyone? Monday was a fun day for England's charitably minded, fun-loving royal trio. Prince Harry , the Duke of Cambridge (may we call him William ?) and Duchess Catherine ( Kate , to those who know and love her) showed up for a meeting of their Charities Forum, greeting dozens of kids from organizations they sponsor. The gathering took place at BAFTA, the British Academy of Film and Television, where the trio watched a 30-minute clip from the new "Shaun the Sheep" production "The Farmer's Llamas," sat down with kids to make mini Shauns and snowmen out of modeling clay, made a short film and took turns flinging a colorful children's rain boot at a gourd-shaped scarecrow head.

THEY SAY it's what's on the inside that counts. That's what Gwyneth Paltrow said, anyway. The actor and daughter of proud Philadelphian Blythe Danner spoke on Howard Stern 's SiriusXM show yesterday. Gwynnie contended that her early affairs with Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck were basically looks-based. "When you're in your 20s, you can get swept up in [looks]," the Goop goddess explained to the King of All Media, as if a superficial mind-set was new to Stern. The confession did wonders for Paltrow's too-good-for-you image, yet left us wondering: That makes ex-husband Chris Martin not hot, then?

Shortly after Children's Boutique owner Linda Berman learned the youngest royal was a he, she got to work hanging the "It's a Boy" banner at the center of the store's all things baby-and-Brit window. "I've been on pins and needles waiting for this," said Berman, her Walnut Street store a salute to the 8-pound, 6-ounce prince. Berman set up the infant-chic display, with a dollhouse castle and needlepoint Humpty Dumpty, on July 13, Duchess Kate's rumored due date. And indeed, it was been a long, hot wait - until Monday afternoon, when news of a baby boy was announced at Buckingham Palace minutes before it burned up Twitter.

YOU ARE BORN insanely rich, so rich you will never have to work a day in your life, but you will "work" and be royally compensated. Sound inviting? You are the second grandson of the monarch, the second son of her son. You are the "spare," after the "heir," as the Britons say. Your name is Prince Henry, they call you Prince Harry, but you are really Prince Redundant. In Ye Goode Olde Days, you would spend your days happily drunk, dissolute and in the arms of whores. It could be worse.
