ENDING WEEKS OF SPECULATION and catty comments about how thin she's gotten, Demi Moore, 49, told the Associated Press yesterday that she is ending her marriage to 33-year-old Ashton Kutcher. The couple wed in September 2005. "It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," she said in a statement.

EVEN SCOTTISH zombies read the Daily News . A People's Paper newspaper box is one of the Philadelphia props in "World War Z," the Brad Pitt zombie thriller that is now filming in Glasgow, Scotland. "World War Z" is based on a book set in Philadelphia that centers on a zombie apocalypse. The movie was considering shooting here, which also helped fuel the rumor that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are buying a house in, and/or moving to, Blue Bell that we told you about in June.

A petition calling on the government to deport Piers Morgan for voicing antigun views had amassed more than 47,000 signatures Monday, three days after it was posted on the White House's petition website by Infowars.com. Morgan has called for stricter gun-control laws in the wake of the massacre in Newtown, Conn., and called a gun advocate who appeared on his CNN show an "unbelievably stupid man. " The petition demands that Morgan, a foreign national, "be deported immediately for his effort to undermine the Bill of Rights" and for using his TV show "to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens.

THERE WILL BE NO rebound relations for Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. Sources close to the Disney starlet say that another woman was definitely involved in the split. To prove her point, Gomez has blocked Bieber from "her phone numbers and other communication devices," according to TMZ, although the site also notes Gomez is still following Bieber on Twitter. TMZ doesn't get it, but every girl likes to check up on her man, even if she's kicked him to the curb.   Lemon, linked Liz Lemon of "30 Rock" - played by Upper Darby's own Tina Fey - is getting hitched.
