Lindsay Lohan presented herself at a Los Angeles hospital ER on Friday afternoon after surviving a nasty car crash, and was released less than two hours later, her rep said. TMZ says the Liz & Dick star slammed her gorgeous black Porsche into the back of an 18-wheel truck on the Pacific Coast Highway. Her car was totaled. Witnesses tell TMZ that LiLo, who was driving, and her passenger (reportedly it's her assistant) suffered cuts and bruises. But both were ambulatory and showed no signs of serious injuries; both underwent tests.

The Web was everywhere in the story of Michael Jackson's passing. From TMZ.com, a celebrity gossip site that broke the news, to Amazon.com, where Jackson CDs sold out within minutes, the death brought front and center how the Web has transformed the way people get information and act on it. Just as mourners for Princess Diana placed flowers at the gate of Buckingham Palace in 1997, Web users sent out tweets, instant messages, Facebook posts,...

Khloe Kardashian has been kashiered, kanned, kicked to the kurb. The producers of Fox's The X Factor announced Monday that they had pink-slipped Khloe as kohost, confirming a rumor that had been noised about for the last two months. "We really enjoyed working with her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors," the official statement bleated politely. No warning about watching out for the screen door. Khloe's cohost Mario Lopez survived to host another day and will be back to welcome viewers to the show's third season in the fall.

Athletes and Twitter. It's a train wreck waiting to happen. For some reason, sports professionals, both men and women, turn into twits when they tweet. The latest example is ex-NBA star Steve Francis who - according to a police report obtained by TMZ - allegedly groped 20-year-old Shauna Simien in Texas in May of 2010. The police report indicated that Simien filed a complaint immediately after the alleged incident. The woman told TMZ that she is a singer who had signed with Francis' record label and was meeting with him on the day of the alleged assault.

Brad Pitt's soon-to-be father-in-law, Jon Voight, 73, really digs the politics of Brad's mom, Jane Pitt. She's a conservative — very much unlike her son, who once told the media he wouldn't marry Voight's daughter, Angelina Jolie, until same-sex marriage was legal. Angie's dad, also a conservative, says he applauds Jane's courage for speaking up against gay marriage. "Good for her!" Voight tells FOX411's Pop Tarts column in support of Jane, who has been inundated with hate mail since she wrote a letter to her local newspaper denouncing President Obama, whom she characterized as "a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage.

The Iverson divorce - a strange, postmodern form of emotional musical chairs - has taken another strange zig. TMZ says Allen Iverson wants to stop - abort, annul, abrogate - divorce proceedings, sputtering on since March 2010, when estranged wife Tawanna first filed papers. In court documents cited by TMZ, the former Sixers megastar requests the court to chuck Tawanna's divorce petition because he and Tawanna revived their union between November 2011 and February 2012, proving that their marriage is not "irretrievably broken," as Tawanna claimed in 2010.

Former 76ers star Allen Iverson has lost his $4.5 million Atlanta mansion to foreclosure, according to TMZ. The gossip website says Iverson allegedly defaulted on a $1.2 million mortgage and tried to prevent an auction but failed. Iverson sold his six-bedroom Gladwyne mansion for $2.6 million in 2010. The Denver Post reported in 2011 that his Colorado home went into foreclosure after he stopped paying the mortgage while owing well over $2 million. The 38-year-old Iverson, who last week declined an offer from the D-League Texas Legends, reportedly has a trust fund worth $32 million that he is prohibited from touching until he turns 55 and draws a $1 million yearly stipend.

I DON'T BELIEVE for a hot minute that no one from the NFL ever saw the video of Ray Rice cold-cocking fiancée Janay Palmer last Valentine's Day weekend. If TMZ could get hold of the footage - which shows Palmer, now Rice's wife, taking a punch that slams her into the wall of an elevator at Atlantic City's now-closed Revel Casino Hotel - it's a joke that the NFL's powerful legal eagles couldn't get hold of it, too. But, fine, let's go with the fairy tale. Let's believe that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell imposed an indefinite suspension on Rice as a result of seeing that horrific TMZ video yesterday for the first time.

LONDON - Brace yourself, Harry. A prominent British public relations man says he has been approached by two women who claim to have more material on Prince Harry, raising the possibility that the world may soon be seeing more compromising images. Last week, the celebrity gossip website TMZ published photos of Harry romping in the nude during a party at his Las Vegas hotel suite. Many Britons have laughed off the 27-year-old prince's high jinks, but questions have been raised about his publicly funded security detail.
