Brad Pitt's soon-to-be father-in-law, Jon Voight, 73, really digs the politics of Brad's mom, Jane Pitt. She's a conservative — very much unlike her son, who once told the media he wouldn't marry Voight's daughter, Angelina Jolie, until same-sex marriage was legal. Angie's dad, also a conservative, says he applauds Jane's courage for speaking up against gay marriage. "Good for her!" Voight tells FOX411's Pop Tarts column in support of Jane, who has been inundated with hate mail since she wrote a letter to her local newspaper denouncing President Obama, whom she characterized as "a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage.

IT'S BEEN years since Lindsay Lohan was taken seriously as a movie star, but it's also been awhile since she's been taken not-so-seriously as a Tattle star. Tyra Banks: Next chapter? Me too me too me too! That's Tyra Banks announcing the end of The Tyra Banks Show, her syndicated CW joint, after five years. Last shows will happen in 2010. Could Tyra, 36, not stand Oprah Winfrey getting the eyes for being a prominent black woman TV host calling it quits? Or was Tyra just tyra'd of the show? On her Web site, she says she'll concentrate on that all-engrossing cause, CW/UPN's America's Next Top Model, plus movies and unspecified "digital products," which sounds nastier than it probably is.
