Vanessa Hudgens (right) was once again nabbed for posting nudie picks online. This is becoming a biennial event for Hudgens, who got too randy with her digital camera in 2007 and 2009. But in Version 3.0, she has a partner-in-crime - "Zoey 101" starlet Alexa Nikolas , with whom Hudgens is caught locking lips. Usually Hudgens comes out a couple of days after the fact with her "I'm, like, so super sorry to the fans that I have let them down by doing something I wouldn't be sorry about it they weren't aware of it. " But Lady Tattle smells a setup.

IT'S BEEN years since Lindsay Lohan was taken seriously as a movie star, but it's also been awhile since she's been taken not-so-seriously as a Tattle star. Her bad behavior has become so . . . constant. Her mother's denials, her father's nuttiness, the whole family is this amazing web of dysfunction and drama. Yesterday the loco Lohans raised their game a notch when estranged daddy Michael Lohan arrived at Lindsay's apartment with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

I DON'T BELIEVE for a hot minute that no one from the NFL ever saw the video of Ray Rice cold-cocking fiancée Janay Palmer last Valentine's Day weekend. If TMZ could get hold of the footage - which shows Palmer, now Rice's wife, taking a punch that slams her into the wall of an elevator at Atlantic City's now-closed Revel Casino Hotel - it's a joke that the NFL's powerful legal eagles couldn't get hold of it, too. But, fine, let's go with the fairy tale. Let's believe that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell imposed an indefinite suspension on Rice as a result of seeing that horrific TMZ video yesterday for the first time.

We celebrated it as a union blessed by the celebrity gods. How wrong we were. "There were people who were genuinely upset that what they thought was perfect was no longer," says Seal, 49, expressing our pain over the breakup of his marriage to Heidi Klum. "I'm in an excellent place right now. In a situation like this, your priority is the children," Seal tells USA Today, referring to the couple's four children, who range from 2 to 8 years old. "As long as the children are happy, I'm happy.

Tyra Banks: Next chapter? Me too me too me too! That's Tyra Banks announcing the end of The Tyra Banks Show, her syndicated CW joint, after five years. Last shows will happen in 2010. Could Tyra, 36, not stand Oprah Winfrey getting the eyes for being a prominent black woman TV host calling it quits? Or was Tyra just tyra'd of the show? On her Web site, she says she'll concentrate on that all-engrossing cause, CW/UPN's America's Next Top Model, plus movies and unspecified "digital products," which sounds nastier than it probably is. Or is it as rumor has it: That La Banks is, shall we say, uterinely inhabited?

Lindsay Lohan 's Marilyn Monroe -ish Playboy pictorial should not be interpreted as yet another example of how The Man 's phallocentric hegemony crushes innocence. Nor is it a cynical ploy for attention by a star turned tabloid punch line. It's an act of empowerment, baby. "Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature," Lohan, 25, tells the mag. "It's a very male-dominated world . . . so knowing yourself and being comfortable with your body is an important thing.

Saw 3D debuted as the weekend's No. 1 movie, but it still couldn't top sequel standards for the franchise. Although it generated $24.2 million - that's $10 million more than last year's Saw VI - the second, third, fourth, and fifth films in the series all topped $30 million over their opening weekends. Our theory: Nothing could be scarier than what we see on TV every day: political ads. Or . . . people are tired of Saw , for heaven's sake! It's a trust thing We know it's still early on a Monday, so we'll try to keep this latest addition to the Mel/Oksana marathon simple.

Although Demi Moore has not been spotted since a health crisis in January sent her to the hospital, People has confirmed she is in treatment. According to a source close to the situation, the actress is in a facility and not at home in Los Angeles, as some have speculated. "She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source tells E!, adding that the actress is being treated for addiction and an eating disorder. On Friday, Moore's youngest daughter, Tallulah , celebrated her 18th birthday at dad Bruce Willis ' Beverly Hills home along with her sister, Rumer .   Look out, South Jersey Snooki and Jwoww haven't lost faith in the Garden State just because Hoboken rejected them - they're still determined to find a New Jersey location for their new spin-off show.
