A day after we find out Kris Jenner has dumped Whatshisname , there's news that locally-bred model-actor Amber Rose , 30, has filed for divorce from hip-hopster Wiz Khalifa , 27, citing irreconcilable differences. They were married for . . . drumroll . . . 14 whole months! Court papers say Amber, a South Philly gal born Amber Levonchuck , wants custody of the couple's 20-month old son, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz . She also asks for spousal support as detailed in their prenup.

A Pittsburgh rapper is suing Wiz Khalifa over allegations that the hip-hop star stole the hit song "Black and Yellow. " Max Warren, who performs as Maxamillion, says Khalifa's chart-topper was lifted from his own "Pink N Yellow. " Warren said he copyrighted "Pink N Yellow" in 2008 and Khalifa copyrighted "Black and Yellow" in 2011. The copyright-infringement lawsuit was filed in federal court in Philadelphia and seeks at least $2.3 million in damages. It names Khalifa, whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, two other songwriters, and several record companies and music publishers.

Summer is Wiz Khalifa time. His tune "Shell Shocked" is on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sound track. His new album, Blacc Hollywood , drops in August. And the rapper will take his third Under the Influence of Music summer tour through Scranton on Thursday and to Camden on Friday. "I always wanted to make Under the Influence something to talk about," says Khalifa, "not just the day after the show, but the rest of your life. " He's a Pittsburgh native. His 2010 hit "Black and Yellow" was a pledge of allegiance to the Steelers.

Philly's own  Amber Rose and ex Wiz Khalifa can officially move on - the couple has reached a divorce settlement. And where did they celebrate? A strip club. Make it rain away the pain. TMZ.com reported that in the settlement, Amber gets $1 million thanks to the couple's prenup (of which Wiz still owes her $644,000). She also gets $14,800 a month in child support for their 3-year-old son, Sebastian "Bash" Taylor Thomaz . That's enough money for Tattle to call Amber "mommy.

Fourteen concertgoers and three event staffers injured when a railing collapsed at a Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa concert in Camden earlier this month are suing the performers and the event promoter, Live Nation. The injuries included broken legs, torn ligaments, and concussions, according to the Center City law firm representing them, Saltz, Mongeluzzi, Barrett & Bendesky, PC. One security employee whom the railing collapsed onto has a fractured spine, the firm said at a news conference Wednesday morning.

As hip-hop trio Salt-N-Pepa performed Saturday at the BB&T Pavilion on the Camden waterfront, a day after dozens of concertgoers were injured in a railing collapse, a prominent Philadelphia lawyer was calling for the venue to shut down pending results of the accident investigation. "If you have a safety hazard and you don't know what caused it, then you need to figure out what caused it before you reopen and put more people in danger," said Robert J. Mongeluzzi, a lawyer known for his personal-injury and negligence work.

A railing collapsed Friday night during the Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa concert at BB&T Pavilion in Camden, injuring 42 people, authorities said. The concert was stopped after the accident happened shortly after 10 p.m. People were pressing against the railing that separates the lawn from inside seating when it collapsed. IT WAS a busy day in hip hop yesterday. Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa got in a Twitter feud, in which both made comments about Philly girl Amber Rose and Amber responded with words NSFT (Not Suitable For Tattle). B.o.B. got in a Twitter argument with astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson about whether the earth was flat. Yes, flat. B.o.B. said yes. Tyson said no. We're siding with Tyson. And in sort of related news, Rob Kardashian is rumored to be dating Blac Chyna who was Tyga 's fiance before he started dating Kylie Jenner , and the whole Kardashian/Jenner clan is in a tizzy over Rob's betrayal.

Philly gal  Amber Rose , who's usually in the news because of whom she's dating or what she's wearing (or not wearing) has had enough of the Internet trolls who come out of the woodwork to pick on her morals and yet applaud her men. So she penned an essay for TIME magazine, entitled "How I Learned To Stop Caring What People Think. " Yes, that TIME magazine. Hey, they need clicks too.
