A Pittsburgh rapper is suing Wiz Khalifa over allegations that the hip-hop star stole the hit song "Black and Yellow. " Max Warren, who performs as Maxamillion, says Khalifa's chart-topper was lifted from his own "Pink N Yellow. " Warren said he copyrighted "Pink N Yellow" in 2008 and Khalifa copyrighted "Black and Yellow" in 2011. The copyright-infringement lawsuit was filed in federal court in Philadelphia and seeks at least $2.3 million in damages. It names Khalifa, whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, two other songwriters, and several record companies and music publishers.

HATERS MAY knock Amber Rose, pointing out that like her rival Kim Kardashian, she's known for nothing more than being gorgeous and dating celebrities. But they can't deny that the Philly homegirl has managed to achieve the glamorous hip-hop lifestyle that many young women only dream about. She's come a long way from Delilah's Den, where she used to be an exotic dancer named Paris. Last week, the 28-year-old model released her first single, "Fame," which includes a verse by her current love interest, rapper Wiz Khalifa.

When Philly radio station 100.3 The Beat presented its Super Jam 2 on Sunday at Camden's Susquehanna Bank Center, the station gave the event an interesting structure by sandwiching its headliners (Diddy, Chris Brown, Keri Hilson) between new-R&B lover men and up-and-coming hip-hoppers. This meant that Jeremih, the smooth lord of "Birthday Sex," and Lloyd, the self-proclaimed King of Hearts, opened the evening portion of Super Jam 2 with Philadelphia MC Meek Mill and last-minute fill-in Wiz Khalifa as its closers.

On a steamy Friday, Pittsburgh co-headliners Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller brought their stoner-centric Under the Influence of Music tour to Camden's Susquehanna Center. Along with Compton's Kendrick Lamar and Philly's Chiddy Bang, Khalifa and Miller sold out the joint and offered blank-faced attendees a warm place to faint and vomit while espousing their gospels of ganja green. No joke. Though the exact number of the barfing, swooning kids wasn't quantified, this reviewer hadn't witnessed vomiting like this since Bridesmaids . If retching and collapsing are the new applause meters, Khalifa was appreciated.

Eminem 's performance to thunderous ovations Saturday is being hailed as "the day rap took over at Bonnaroo," the four-day festival in Manchester, Tenn. The rapper played for more than an hour, but returned when nearly 80,000 fans chanted, "Shady!" The day began with sets from Big Boi and Lil Wayne shortly after Arcade Fire 's Friday night finale, and the takeover continued with Wiz Khalifa during a hot afternoon set before Eminem's Bonnaroo debut. The event is known more for its granola-flavored ethos than its urban cool, but Jay-Z gave a memorable set in 2010, raising expectations for Saturday's takeover - the most concentrated collection of star MCs ever at Bonnaroo.

Welcome to Malibu Country , the land that time forgot. Reba's sitcom, getting a late and lethargic jump on the new season, is supposedly set in the present, but it's enveloped in such a strong '70s and '80s haze, you'll swear you're watching it on Betamax. The premise is that Reba (the country singer formerly known as Reba McEntire) is a country singer named Reba McKenzie who put her career on hold to raise her two kids, Cash (Justin Prentice) and June (Juliette Angelo). Too bad the title Carter Country was already taken - by a '70s sitcom starring Victor French and the immortal Guich Koock.

HOPE NAPIERKOWSKI had been to 20 Bruce Springsteen shows before Monday night's gig at Citizens Bank Park and had heard Springsteen perform "The River" only once. The song has special meaning for the Bucks County teacher and her husband, Chris Napierkowski , a lieutenant commander in the Navy. At Monday's concert, Hope held up a sign that said, "Please play the River for my husband in Afghanistan. " It worked. The Boss came down to where she was sitting, took her sign, and played the song.

Pop Maroon 5 Overexposed (A&M/Octone ) It's hard to stay on top with music styles mutating so fast. Maroon 5 has apparently accomplished this via some sort of Faustian pact, trading in the soul that made its 2007 CD It Won't Be Soon Before Long such a joy for the machine-tooled dance-pop of last year's comeback single, "Moves Like Jagger. " Overexposed has a couple of similar electro-rousers, "One More Night" and "Payphone," that are catchier than a computer virus.
